This Privacy Policy explains what information Parallax Reframe collects and how it is used.
1. Image Handling
Parallax does not store uploaded source images on our servers. Image processing occurs client-side and/or through transient API requests necessary to generate outputs. We do not maintain a persistent database of user image files.
2. Generated Outputs
Generated images are delivered directly to the user. We do not permanently store generated image files unless explicitly saved by the user within the application.
3. Account & Usage Data
We store limited account information (such as email address, subscription tier, and credit balance) and usage metadata (e.g., generation timestamps, model used, success/failure status) for billing, abuse prevention, and system integrity.
4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full payment details on our servers.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We only share information with service providers required to operate the platform (such as hosting infrastructure and payment processing).
