REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for Parallax subscriptions.

1. Technical Failures
If the service fails due to a verified technical error on our end, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact support with details so we can investigate.

2. Usage-Based Eligibility
Refunds are not available after substantial credit usage. Accounts that have consumed more than a minimal portion of their monthly credits may be ineligible or may receive a prorated refund at our discretion.

3. Creative Outcomes
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with creative outputs, artistic interpretation, or results influenced by input quality.

4. Abuse Prevention
Refund eligibility may be voided in cases of fraud, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or attempts to exploit subscription limits.

5. Subscriptions & Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
