TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your use of Parallax Reframe (“Parallax”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use You agree to use Parallax for lawful creative purposes only. You represent and warrant that you own, control, or have permission to use any images or content you upload.

2. Prohibited Content & Conduct You may not generate or attempt to generate illegal content, hateful or harassing content, content that exploits minors, content that violates intellectual property rights, or content that violates applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

4. Credits & Plan Limits Plans include a monthly credit allowance. Credits deduct automatically per successful generation. Credits reset when a subscription renews or when a plan changes (according to system rules).

5. Service Availability We strive for reliable uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, models, or pricing may change over time.

6. Ownership and Licensing of Generated Output

Parallax Reframe claims no ownership, copyright, or exclusive rights over the outputs ("Generated Assets") created by users through our service.

A. Licensing by Tier End-users subscribed to the "Basic" or "Pro" tiers are granted a revokable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use Generated Assets strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. End-users subscribed to the "Ultra" tier are granted a worldwide, commercial license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the Generated Assets for any lawful commercial purpose.

B. User Input Liability The generative translation process requires the user to upload a reference image ("Input Asset"). You represent and warrant that you own or possess the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Parallax Reframe to process the Input Asset. Parallax Reframe accepts no liability for copyright infringement or intellectual property disputes arising from the commercial or non-commercial use of Generated Assets derived from unauthorized Input Assets.

7. Platform Intellectual Property We reserve all rights to the Parallax product, software, branding, underlying code, and site content not provided by you. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the service.

8. Account Termination We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, or engaged in fraud. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parallax will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the service.
